The problem that I am experiencing is that the newly added RDS server is unable to communicate with the first RDS server's license service and therefore I added anotherĢ008 R2 server (with RDS server role enabled) to the domain and would like use it as a backup RDS server. All Windows client were able connect to it without any problem. and have added a Windows 2008 R2 member server with the RDS server role enabled, the RDS licensing service is also installed on the same server. I have asked this question here before and I thought I had it fixed but it didn't seem to be the case.
